8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges (UAE Consumer Protection)
- In compliance with UAE Consumer Protection Law, customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery (Subject to pre-approval), provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Non-returnable items include used electronics, personal hygiene products once opened, clearance items, and items damaged due to misuse.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Card refunds may take 7–14 business days depending on the bank.
9. Warranty & Defective Products
- Manufacturer warranty applies where applicable. Defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Warranty does not cover misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized repairs.
